Oh. my gosh, this is it guys, this is the one. Shooting here for Rory & May was a dream, a creative, fun loving east London dream. One hundred offers a stunning area to marry in. A room with a glass wall showing the east end city skyline. The in-house restaurant and bar Kaso offered out of this world cocktails and sharing boards for the reception. Located on Shoreditch high street it could not be any cooler. Yet it remains friendly, and homely enough for a lively wedding such as Rory & May's
May's first request was to avoid the traditional style of wedding photography, 'no problem', I said! May wanted a fun wedding, which needed to include a Chinese tea ceremony and a western wedding ceremony. Followed by a sit down meal with stunning London city views. We kept the photography very reportage with loose angles, unfussy framing and noticing the details for a touch of editorial style. We both loved the result and the template for all my future photography was born. Fuss free, documentary style photography that captures those important moments but with attention to those stylish details. A mix of colour and black and white photography, along with an additional bonus of extra frames taken on 35mm film. Fun, creative, care free, stylish and a little nostalgic.
Alice & Tom married at the iconic Marylebone Town Hall. Followed by a private dining experience at Broadwick Soho
