editorial wedding photographer london and Essex 

I live in a little cottage in Essex built in 1651, I mean how old is that? It is FULL of character which I guess sums me up.  On days off I can be found there or in East London. I lived there for 12 years and its still my second home (I still love photographing London Weddings). 

I'm more maximalist than minimalist, sensitive to others, a creative, and animal lover.  I love a novelty themed sports event (Santa run is my mecca) and running on cold English beaches.

My journey into wedding photography

I am a London College of Fashion, British Institute of Photography and The London School of Publishing graduate. I studied photography with fashion and later became a film/celebrity make-up artist (yes I made up the Game of Thrones cast, that was quite something). I was really happy working in the fashion and media makeup world for 15 years, but I never put down the camera.  I was always the one with the phone camera or DSLR taking the behind the scenes shots. 

So 6 years ago I put down the make up brushes but kept holding the camera.  I've not looked back, and I have loved every single second.  In these 6 years I have been fortunate enough to shoot over a hundred weddings, 2 different countries, 10 cities.  I've shot branding campaigns, and fashion campaigns, along with bridal fashion, shooting the trends report for bridal fashion in '23.   Its been the perfect culmination of all my life experiences.  My fashion work for sure helps my wedding work and vice versa.  I feel like they breathe life into eachother.
